At Manuka Doctor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the generated packing slip inside the box.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
